Privacy policy
Last updated 25 October 2026. This policy covers the Tech Fuel channel and the software that publishes its videos.
Who we are
Tech Fuel is an education channel. It publishes short videos about internships, fellowships, scholarships, competitions and jobs on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. Contact: techfuelchannel@gmail.com.
What this website collects
Nothing. This site has no accounts, forms, cookies, analytics or advertising. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security, which we do not access or use.
How our publishing software uses platform APIs
Our software signs in to our own accounts through the official YouTube Data API, YouTube Analytics API and Meta Graph API. It uses that access only to:
- upload and schedule our own videos and posts to our own channel and pages;
- read view, like and comment counts for our own posts;
- read public comments on our own posts and reply to them, and send a private reply with an application link when a viewer asks for it by comment.
It accesses no other account and does not read, store or share data from any account other than our own.
Google user data
The Google account data our software receives (the channel's own videos, statistics and comments) is used only to run the Tech Fuel channel as described above. Its use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with third parties except as needed to publish to the platforms themselves.
Comments and messages
When you comment on or message one of our posts, the platform shows us your public username and the text you wrote, under that platform's own privacy policy. We use it only to reply. We do not build profiles, mailing lists or any other record of commenters.
Data retention and security
Access tokens for our own accounts are stored on a single private machine and used only by the publishing software. Public engagement counts for our own posts are kept to see which videos performed well. We keep no personal data about viewers.
Your rights
If you believe we hold any data about you, or want a comment reply removed, email techfuelchannel@gmail.com and we will act within 14 days. For data held by YouTube, Instagram or Facebook, use that platform's own controls.
